Arrecife received a surprise gift yesterday – a vintage cannon that has been assessed as having historical value by Cabildo Heritage staff.
The cannon had been in the apartment of a resident of El Reducto beach who recently died, and their family had contacted the Cabildo’s Heritage Department to inform them of the discovery and donate the cannon, which was originally found in the bay of Arrecife.
