Lanzarote’s Centers for Art, Culture, and Tourism (CACT) have announced a landmark year for their catering operations, with revenue climbing to €8.7 million in 2025. This represents an increase of 7.38% compared to 2024.

Leading the charge was the El Diablo restaurant, in Timanfaya, which contributed more than €3.1 million to the total. It was followed closely by the restaurants at the Jameos del Agua, which generated €1.7 million, and the Castillo de San José, with €671,000. Meanwhile, Islote de Fermina recorded €512,000 over the twelve-month period.

The remaining was distributed among El Jardín de Cactus, Monumento al Campesino, and El Mirador del Río.

Ángel Vázquez, CACT director, praised the dedication of his teams and publicly lauded the kitchen and dining room staff. He attributed the impressive figures to “a proposal that puts their work, listening skills, ingenuity, and talent at the service of our customers.” Vázquez added: “Our challenge now is to continue working to live up to the expectations generated and the quality standards of our visitors.”
