Cabildo approves 14 luxury tourist villas in Costa Teguise

The Cabildo has approved a project to build 14 luxury villas for tourist use in Costa Teguise.

The villas will be built on a plot of land just south of the Avenida de las Palmeras, next to Calle Los Hervideros, and will have the capacity for 55 tourist beds.

The Cabildo has received criticism for not releasing details of the authorisation in a press release in which it announced that it had turned down two separate applications for tourist projects.
