A plane had to abort landing after bouncing heavily on the runway of Lanzarote’s César Manrique Airport yesterday.
The Canaryfly plane was arriving at Lanzarote form Gran Canaria and attempting to land from the usual seaward side in windy conditions. A video from the Lanzarote Airport webcam shows the plane losing stability and bouncing heavily, before aborting the landing and returning to the air.
The plane landed shortly afterwards with no problems.
