The average daily rate for holiday rentals in Lanzarote increased by 15% this June, compared to June last year. Reaching a total of 16.8 million euros earned that month according to ISTAC.
According to ISTAC, in June last year there were 6,912 registered holiday homes of which 6,282 were occupied (90.8%) which recorded a total of 12.5 million euros in revenue. In June this year there were 7,669 registered holiday homes of which 7,044 were occupied (91.8%).
The average daily rate reached 166 euros per night in June, an increase of 15% compared to June last year, when the average was 141 euros.
The rates vary depending on the number of beds available – holiday homes with 1 – 4 beds recorded an average of 108 euros per night, 17.5% more than June last year when the average was 89 euros.
Holiday homes with 5 – 8 beds recorded an average of 208 euros per night in June this year, 3.3% more than last year when the average was 201 euros.
Those with more than 8 beds recorded an average of 468 euros per night in June, 20.2% more than in June last year when the average was 373 euros.
