Arrecife’s new promenade receives high praise

Arrecife’s remodelled seafront promenade has been open for a week and is receiving high praise from residents and visitors alike.

After months of work, the extensive remodelling project carried out by Arrecife Ayuntamiento has finally been completed. And now, just a week after its reopening, Arrecife mayor Yonathan de León is delighted with the feedback they have received.

On Facebook de León wrote, “There are many messages and congratulations that I am receiving from the neighbours for this change in that area of the seafront.  Many of the families are ‘rediscovering’ Arrecife to walk and enjoy by the sea.”

Commenters were quick to reply with their own thoughts with comments such as: “El Reducto looks great, thanks to the initiative of our great Mayor to improve Arrecife”, “Congratulations, keep working to achieve your goals”, and “I love the stairs leading to the beach, it gives a feeling of spaciousness and quick access.”
