Irish airline Aer Lingus has announced it will double its weekly flights to Lanzarote this winter to eight flights per week.
Aer Lingus this week announced that it will be significantly expanding its winter capacity on some of its European routes. The Irish airline stated that the additional routes come as demand for autumn and winter sun grows.
The airline will now have 3 weekly flights to Marrakesh, Seville and Malta. In addition, Aer Lingus announced that its service to Faro will now operate all year round (four times a week), its service to Nice will be extended until late November (four times a week), its service to Athens will be extended into January (twice a week), while its service to Bordeaux will operate with an additional flight bringing it to five flights per week.
As for the Canary Islands, Aer Lingus announced that Lanzarote will see an additional four flights per week (going double daily) and Tenerife will see an additional two flights totalling eight flights per week.
