Abused dog rescued from house in Arrecife

A dog that was being mistreated in a house in Arrecife has been rescued after a joint operation between Seprona and the Arrecife local police.

Last weekend the non-profit organisation Ademal received information about a possible case of animal abuse in Arrecife, which they “cannot publish for various reasons.”.

They informed Seprona who in turn alerted the Arrecife local police to the property and the abused dog was rescued from “hell within 1 day” according to Ademal on Facebook.

The Guardia Civil have opened an investigation into the case to clarify the facts.
