Lanzarote has 7,226 holiday rental properties, according to recent figures from Spain’s National institute of Statistics.
These establishments offer a total of 33,364 tourist beds – an average of 4.6 for each property. As expected, the vast majority of establishments are in the main tourist resort areas, with almost 30% of holiday rentals in Yaiza (Playa Blanca). Tías (Puerto del Carmen) has 25.6% and Teguise 22%.
