A 51-year-old man was injured after being hit by a car in Puerto del Carmen on Monday evening.
The incident took place after 7 pm on Calle de Las Salinas, which connects Calle Reina Sofía with Calle Juan Carlos I.
Emergency services arrived on the scene and established that the victim had suffered as moderate injury to the collarbone. He was transferred to the hospital in Arrecife for treatment while local police registered the accident.
