Lanzarote hospital acquires cuddle cot

Lanzarote’s Dr José Molina Orosa hospital has received a cuddle cot, which will make it easier for bereaved families to say goodbye to babies that have died.

The cot will be added to existing protocols that are already in place for parents who have lost a child, allowing them to spend more time with the baby and address the grieving process.

The cot was donated to the hospital by the Charter 100 Lanzarote association of professional women and businesswomen.
