Missing woman from Playa Blanca found

A Playa Blanca chambermaid who was reported missing yesterday has been located.

When 37-year-old Beatriz Casierra failed to arrive home in Arrecife after her shift at the H10 hotel in Playa Blanca, her family raised the alarm. She was described as “highly vulnerable” by the SOSDesaparecidos missing-persons platform.

However, Beatriz contacted her family yesterday and was then taken to the hospital in Arrecife for assessment, accompanied by family and the Guardia Civíl.
