The emergency services have rescued a person who had fallen and injured themselves in their home in Tías last night.
At approximately 5:30pm, fire fighters were called to a home on Calle Arpón in Tías after reports of someone having fallen in their home.
Upon arrival, the fire fighters gained access to the home through the back door and attended the injured person.
With the help of medical staff, the person was moved into an ambulance and taken to the Dr Jose Molina Orosa Hospital in Arrecife.
