hola and hey dear reader,
I am Claudie, an artist of Órzola, where I am living four years now. Unfortunately my apartment here will be sold and I have to move out until spring 2026. It is a pity as I have transformed this a bit old fashioned place with sterile terraces around into a beautiful, arty home with a green oasis as a garden! But I do not want to stand in the way of my landlord so I am searching intensively for y new home. – I am working as an editorial designer online and I am working with my art and craft. Therefor I need a room with light to work in, a sleeping room to sleep :o) I love the north of Lanzarote but I am open for all areas. My two sweet tom cats will move with me but they mostly live free and outside. 🌴

The new home should be in a small village or maybe even at the countryside or close as my green thumbs like to care for some green! – Por favor, no big cities! – I successfully have worked doing maintenance for houses on the island, so I could think of a constellation like that too. Living in an independent apartment close to a main house and looking after the house until the owners come back.
