We are looking for an energetic person to join our property management team to look after and maintain our holiday rental properties. The work is varied with regular visits to the villas and apartments to check before and after arrivals, carrying out minor maintenance, client liaison and arranging larger repairs via the maintenance manager. Full training will be given and once fully confident in all aspects, the successful person will be integrated into a rota system to cover some weekend work. A company vehicle is provided so a full clean driving licence is essential. We pride ourselves on our personal service to our property owners and holiday clients so it is important to be able to get on well with people. English is essential and some Spanish. The position is 40 hours a week with a full Spanish contract and is available immediately.
