Hundreds arrived in the Charco last Saturday to celebrate the Latin-influenced concerts that started in the early afternoon and ran right through the night. The day marked the start of the San Ginés 22’ festival programme – which will see the arrival of famous singer Luis Fonsi this month.

Throughout the nine hours of uninterrupted Latin rhythms, various artists took to the stage including Chicas de La Habana, DJ Arrocín with Virginia Guantanamera, J.E.R.I. & Dj CHK, Juana la Cubana and Sistah Vibes & Dancehall Crew.

Today, Monday August 15th, at 9pm another musical performance is scheduled to take place in the Charco, “Un reconocimiento a la figura del cantador sinfónico” starring Ciro Corujo, Manuel Estupiñán and Pedro Manuel Afonso, three Canarian folklore singers.
