San Bartolomé Ayuntamiento has launched a new initiative to encourage residents and visitors to support local businesses during the summer sales season. The campaign will run until 2 August, offering shoppers the chance to win one of eight €100 gift vouchers.
Customers who spend at least €10 at participating businesses can enter the prize draw by registering their purchase in line with the campaign rules, which are available at www.sanbartolomecomercio.com.
Mayor Isidro Pérez highlighted the importance of local commerce to the municipality’s economy, describing it as one of San Bartolomé’s key economic drivers. He said the campaign is designed to encourage spending in local shops, benefiting both businesses and the wider community.
Pérez also stressed that the initiative aims to attract both residents and visitors to shop locally during the sales period, emphasising the quality, convenience and personalised service offered by the town’s independent retailers.
Councillor for Commerce Alma González said the campaign is intended to make the sales season an opportunity to further strengthen the municipality’s commercial sector while rewarding the loyalty of customers who choose to support local businesses.
