Palm tree blaze in Costa Teguise

Firemen were called to extinguish a burning palm tree in Costa Teguise this morning.

At approximately 6:40am this morning, the emergency services were called to Calle Belgica in Costa Teguise after reports of a palm tree fire.

Firemen extinguished the blaze with hosepipes and then removed the crown of tree.
