Firemen called to a food truck fire in Costa Teguise

Firemen were called to a fire in a food truck that was parked outside the Barceló Lanzarote Active Resort in Costa Teguise.

The fire caused a plume of smoke that was visible from many parts in the resort.  When the firefighters arrived, they discovered that hotel staff had already controlled the blaze.

They used wetting foam to fully extinguish the fire, which severely damaged the truck and much of the equipment inside it.
