Last week, Tías Ayuntamiento awarded the winner of their Father’s Day campaign with a weekend trip for two to La Palma.
The Father’s Day campaign was aimed to promote commerce in the municipality, with shoppers able to submit “tickets” received when they made purchases over 10 euros at the 50 participating businesses.
The winner, Yurena Rodríguez Hernández, received her prize voucher for the trip to La Palma at the La Delicia bakery (the shop at which she submitted the winning ticket) along with the Tías Mayor, José Juan Cruz, the Tías Commerce Councillor, the Cabildo’s Commerce and Crafts Councillor, and the owner of the bakery.
During the campaign, Tías Ayuntamiento reported that they had received a total of 264 customers and over 1000 scanned tickets. The average daily consumption during the campaign was 785.41 euros.
