With over 10 years in business, Dicey Reilly’s has established itself as a staple in Puerto del Carmen, and this St. Patrick’s Day promises to be no exception. Owned by Brendan Byrne, one of the driving forces behind the island’s official St. Patrick’s celebrations, you can be sure that the bar will be bouncing on 17th March.
Leading up to the big day, Dicey Reilly’s will be showing the Cheltenham Festival live across numerous TVs, with live acoustic sessions following the racing. Then comes a selection of fantastic live music lined up across several days.
The entertainment programme kicks off on Saturday 14th at 10pm with Chris Green. Sunday 15th features Celtic Roots at 7pm, followed by Vinnie Collins and Sara Finnegan. On Monday 16th, Al Murphy and Vinnie Collins take to the stage at 10pm.
For St. Patrick’s Day itself, Tuesday 17th, the music runs throughout the day: Chris Green performs from 3.30pm to 5.45pm, Conor and Jamie Magee from 6pm to 8pm, and Vinnie Collins and Sara Finnegan close out the night from 10pm to 1am.
The celebrations continue on Wednesday 18th with Matt Keane and Friends at 3pm, followed by Al Murphy and Vinnie Collins later in the evening.
Beyond the bar, you will find Brendan at all of the official events, including taking to the stage for the opening of the St. Patrick’s Day celebrations in the Plaza del Varadero on the 17th.
Join the fun at Dicey Reilly’s, situated at Calle Juan Carlos, I, next to C.C. Biosfera.
