Contract finalised for Costa Teguise sunbeds

Teguise Ayuntamiento has finalised a contract for sunbeds and beach umbrellas, for an annual sum of €352,000.

The Gran Canarian company Vicente de Léon has been awarded the three-year contract, which will shortly see the arrival of up to 580 sun beds and 290 umbrellas on the beaches of Costa Teguise.

460 beds and 230 umbrellas will be located on Playa de las Cucharas, while 100 beds and fifty umbrellas will be on Playa Bastian.

Playa del Jablillo, with a much smaller area of sand available, will have 20 sunbeds and 10 umbrellas.
