A painter falls to his death in Arrecife

A man died yesterday after falling six metres into the street while painting a building in Arrecife.

The incident occurred at around 8.15 am on on C/Isaac Albeniz, in the El Cable region of the capital.

The victim is variously reported as being 52 or 61 years of age, and paramedics were unable to resuscitate him. The incident is being recorded as a workplace death.
