Exciting changes are underway at Restaurante Casa Cabaña, a beloved fixture in the Old Town. Under the passionate stewardship of new owners Jakub, Gabriele, and Agnieszka, the restaurant is proudly announcing extended opening hours to welcome more guests throughout the week.
Effective immediately, Casa Cabaña will be open six nights a week, from Monday to Saturday, from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with the kitchen serving until 10:00 PM. This new schedule marks a substantial shift from the previous owners, offering both residents and visitors greater flexibility to experience the restaurant’s homely atmosphere and varied menu.
“We took over this wonderful establishment with a desire to build on its fantastic 25-year legacy,” says Agnieszka. “A key part of that is being more accessible. We want to be the go-to spot for a fantastic dinner, whether it’s a quiet Monday or a bustling Saturday.”
The commitment to quality remains unwavering. The menu continues to feature plenty of choice with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients, home-made desserts, and a strong vegetarian selection. Signature dishes like the individual Beef Wellington and Calves Liver and Bacon remain ever-popular staples.

As the holiday season approaches, Casa Cabaña has also confirmed its Christmas and New Year hours:
- December 24th (Christmas Eve): Open from 4:00 PM to 9:30 PM.
- December 25th (Christmas Day): Open by reservation only. Guests are advised to check the restaurant’s Facebook page for booking information.
- All other days during the festive period: Regular hours apply (Mon-Sat, 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM).
