Arrecife Ayuntamiento have installed new sports equipment on the main beach in the city, Playa del Reducto, to increase activity from both residents and tourists.
Mayor of Arrecife, Yonathan de León, visited together with the councillors for sports and beaches the new football goals and volleyball nets that have been installed at the start of the beach towards the Parque Temático.
De León is pleased with the new life that Playa del Reducto is experiencing as residents come to enjoy their free time, sunbathe, swim, or practise physical exercise at the new installations.
Sports councillor, Eli Merino, emphasised that offering good facilities at the beach makes it possible for tourist establishments in Arrecife to offer it as one of the activities that the city offers.

Yoga and meditation afternoons at Playa del Reducto
Beach & environment councillor, Davinia Deniz, has set out to organise regular activities at the beach and, for this Friday April 19th, at sunset, has organised an afternoon of mediation and yoga.
