Construction worker faints on site in Playa Honda

The emergency services were called to Playa Honda yesterday after a construction worker had fainted on site.

At approximately 10am on Calle San Borondón, the emergency services were alerted to the construction site after reports that one of the workers had fainted.

According to reports the man was working on a rooftop when he lost consciousness, fell to the ground and had difficulty breathing.

Firefighters reached the roof and lowered the worker down to street level where an ambulance was waiting to take him to the Dr Jose Molina Orosa hospital in Arrecife.
