The National Police have arrested a 31-year-old man in Arrecife for allegedly setting fire to a van and stealing a purse.
The events took place in the early morning of June 27th. According to the police report, a van was set on fire, affecting the nearby building and a tree.
The perpetrator was linked to the van fire after being arrested for stealing a purse in a restaurant on May 28th.
The 31-year-old is currently waiting the following legal proceedings.
