Tías Ayuntamiento has requested an environmental report that will permit a large concrete structure on Calle Libertad in Tías to be used as a car park.
The ugly concrete structure, directly opposite the San Antonio bakery, appears to have been paralysed for years. However, the environmental report will clear the way for the building to be ceded to the Ayuntamiento “with compensation to the owner”. The structure was promoted by Suministros José Luís Cabrera, who run a hardware shop in the area.
81 parking spaces will be created, of which 24 will be reserved for municipal use.
