Spain’s meteorological agency AEMET has issued a yellow warning for rough seas on Lanzarote this afternoon.
The warning commences at 3pm this afternoon and will continue until midnight on Thursday. The rough seas will come from the north bringing waves of up to 5 metres in height.
The rough seas are most likely to affect anyone carrying out activities in or near the sea on Lanzarote’s north coast.
The day will bring clouds and a chance of rain flurries to the rest of the island, with temperatures unchanged.
