Chef’s Breakfast – Choose from: Salmon with scrambled eggs with cream and a toasted bagel, 3 eggs omelette with filling of choice or an English breakfast. All served with basket of toast and jams.
Barbecue Chef Service – Menus include: Traditional (Chorizo Parrillero, Pork Chops, Pork Ribs, Chicken Skewers, Salad with Canarian Potatoes), Mixed (Chorizo Parrillero, Pork Chops, Pork Ribs, Chicken Skewers, Iberian Meats, Salad with Canarian Potatoes), Sea (Fresh Fish and Salad with Canarian Potatoes).
Gourmet Dinner – Including starter, intermediate course, main course, dessert, and drinks of your choice. Menus vary according to season.
Paellas – Choose from: Seafood Paella (prawns, octopus, squid), Meat Paella (Iberian pork, chicken, rabbit), Vegetable Paella (broccoli, artichoke, wild asparagus), Black Rice (prawns, squid), Lobster Rice, Mushroom Rice.
Tapas – Choose from a list of the most popular Spanish Tapas including but not limited to: Canarian Potatoes, Smoked Salmon, Tortilla, Garlic Prawns in Olive Oil, Stuffed Mushrooms etc.
Wine Tasting – Wine tasting with Lanzalux’s experience sommelier, choose between just wine tasting or wine tasting with cheeses.
