Women in Lanzarote are being invited to an afternoon of reflection and personal exploration focused on identity, relationships, work and health.
Who is the woman who is emerging next? is taking place on Saturday, 3rd October 2026, from 3pm to 6pm at Altea Centro in Tías.
Led by Dorothea Walter, an Integral Psychologist, Women’s Transformation Coach, Performing Artist and Author, the event will invite participants to look at some of the questions that can shape the way they live their lives.
The session asks women to consider whether they are seeking more ease or clarity, or whether they have been trying to meet expectations around being loved, accepted or approved of.
Rather than continuing to ask how to fit in or please others, the afternoon will explore questions including: Which woman is currently navigating my life? What has it cost me to become the woman I am today? What am I no longer willing to leave unlived? Who could I become if I no longer had to be someone else?
The event is designed as a standalone experience for women who want time to explore these questions. For some participants, it may also mark the beginning of an ongoing coaching circle, described as a shared journey of honest exploration, personal transformation and expansion of identity.
