“The hospital staff were excellent,” Nerina shared. “Every single department was swift and efficient. It really was a very, very good experience.”
Matt is now on the mend, requiring 7-14 days of rest and a break from driving. While a planned week of work has been moved, he remains available for phone calls to ensure clients are looked after.

Nerina wanted to give a special shout out to the network of fellow tradespeople. “Other electricians were very quick to contact him,” she said. “Well-known names on the island got in touch to wish him well and asked if there was anything they could do to help.”
“Sometimes customers in any trade on the island can think, ‘Oh, I can’t phone them because it might upset another person,’ but actually, 99.9% of the time we all work together to make sure the customers get the best service.”

“I have been taking some of the calls and helping to plan in the works,” she explained. This team effort ensures that while Matt recovers, the service their clients have come to rely on continues without interruption.
