Water cuts in five Lanzarote municipalities at the start of the month

Multiple areas in five municipalities on Lanzarote have suffered water cuts at the start of the month as Canal Gestión struggle to ensure consistent water supply.

Yesterday the company announced that there would be water cuts in Los Valles, Caleta de Famara, Caleta Caballo, Muñique, Tahíche and Guatiza in the municipality of Teguise, as well as cuts in Guime, Playa Honda, El Cuchillo, Los Roferos, La Costa, Tajaste, Mancha Blanca, Macher and areas of Tías.

There were no notable interruptions in water supply for the municipality of Yaiza and for Arrecife.
