Visitors seeking something different this autumn are discovering an intimate cabaret venue where laughter takes centre stage.

There’s something wonderfully unexpected about finding a packed cabaret show tucked away in the heart of Puerto del Carmen.

While many holidaymakers head for familiar bars or live music venues, those who venture into Guapatini’s Show Bar soon discover an evening that’s full of outrageous comedy, live singing and larger-than-life entertainment.

The Contessa Guapatini leads the show with sparkling humour, theatrical flair and a voice that effortlessly moves between heartfelt ballads and show-stopping classics.

The venue’s intimate layout means everyone enjoys a close connection with the performance. Guests are looked after with table service throughout the evening while the lively atmosphere makes strangers feel like old friends by the final curtain.

Performances run every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. Doors open at 8pm before the show begins at 9pm, offering visitors over two hours of entertainment performed entirely in English while welcoming audiences from every nationality.

THE CONTESSA WANTS YOU!

As excitement continues to grow, Guapatini’s is also searching for a new cast member to appear alongside The Contessa in an upcoming production. The venue hopes to find a charismatic young male singer in his 20s with an excellent singing voice, stage presence and a personality capable of connecting with audiences night after night.

Those with experience across pop, musical theatre or other vocal styles are encouraged to apply, although personality remains the biggest priority. Applicants need to live in Lanzarote, be legally entitled to work in Spain and should email guapatinis2@icloud.com with information about themselves plus short videos performing both an emotional song and something lively.
