Yesterday morning the Cabildo’s Wildlife Department and Boluntis rescued an Angel shark that had gotten stuck between rocks in Playa Honda.
Volunteer firefighters along with agents from the Cabildo’s Wildlife Department responded to a call alerting them to a trapped Angel shark in Playa Honda.
Upon arrival they found that the shark had become trapped between rocks. They noted that the shark had no apparent injuries and safely released it back into open water.
