A 74-year-old cyclist was injured yesterday after being hit by a vehicle in Teguise.
The incident occurred on Calle Hacomar, in the village of Tiagua, at around 10.38 am and was attended by two ambulances and local police officers.
Paramedics established that the victim had various “moderate” injuries and transferred him to the Dr José Molina Orosa Hospital in Arrecife.
