Yaiza Ayuntamiento has opened a tender process for the supply of 36 wooden stalls for this year’s Christmas market, which will take place in Plaza de Los Remedios from 11th to 13th December.

The call for bids was published on Wednesday and is divided into two lots with a combined base tender budget of €42,000.

Lot 1 covers the rental, supply, assembly and dismantling of 36 wooden market stalls. According to the tender specifications, each stall must measure 3 by 2 metres, include interior lighting and have at least one electrical socket. The successful contractor will also be responsible for installing and removing the stalls on the dates and at the times set out in the technical specifications.

Lot 2 relates to security services for the event. Yaiza Ayuntamiento is seeking a security guard to cover the three days of the Christmas market, with the tender documents detailing the required daytime and night-time service hours.

The Yaiza Christmas market is known for its wide range of products and the artistic performances that accompany the festive outdoor event.

Companies wishing to submit bids have until Friday, 2 October 2026. Full details of the tender are available on the contracting authority’s profile at www.yaiza.es.
