Costa Teguise/Arrecife roundabout changes

Changes to the roundabout between Arrecife and Costa Teguise appear to be functioning well so far.

Signage and markings have been changed to alter the flow of traffic onto the roundabout, allowing traffic from Arrecife to enter the outer lane of the roundabout without stopping.

Previously, long tailbacks of vehicles had formed at this entrance at certain times of day, often stretching way back to IKEA.

These changes are likely to remain in place for the long term until the new roundabout at the Carretera de los Marmoles and the Carretera de los Castillos, near the IKEA entrance, is built.
