A 35-year-old man was taken to hospital with moderate injuries after falling onto rocks beside the Playa Blanca promenade during the early hours of Wednesday morning.
The incident happened at around 1:31 am.
Emergency services responded by deploying two ambulances, firefighters, the Guardia Civil, and the Local Police.
Firefighters rescued the man from the rocks before paramedics treated him at the scene. He was then transported by ambulance to the Doctor José Molina Orosa Hospital in Arrecife with injuries described as moderate.
