Puerto del Carmen’s beach library has returned for the summer, offering holiday-makers and residents the chance to get their noses into a good book while they’re on the beach.
The Biblioplaya library, located directly on Playa Grande opposite Centro Atlantico, has more than 3,000 books, mostly in Spanish, English and German, any of which can be borrowed free of charge.
The library also has a story-telling space and holds events every Wednesday morning.
The Biblioplaya is open from 10.30 am until 1.30 pm form Monday to Friday.
