If you’ve lived here for a while, or even if you’re just visiting, you’ll have noticed there’s something special about the way things work on Lanzarote. One of the best parts of Nerina’s job as a private chef is the camaraderie with other local tradespeople. There’s a wonderful spirit of collaboration here. In her world, that means if a client gets in touch and she’s not available, she’s happy to point them towards other chefs and catering providers on the island such as La Bocaina, Lanzalux, Lanzarote Gastronomique for example and very recently Paul Ecob who was able with the help of one of his assistants help out with one of Nerina’s bookings when she made a flight back to the UK for a family emergency.

Speaking of availability, Nerina’s calendar is looking busy, which is fantastic, and she’d like to be upfront with her plans. Nerina will be unavailable for the entire month of October due to family commitments, splitting her time on and off the island.
Looking further ahead, the schedule for November and December 2025 is now completely full. Nerina will be focusing on servicing the existing bookings. For January 2026, there’s just a tiny bit of availability left. So, if you’re starting to think about an event for early next year, now is the time to get in touch to check dates.
