Lanzarote’s biggest street music festival, Arrecife En Vivo, returns tomorrow evening.
As usual, the “Mutant Festival for Earthlings” will last for four Fridays, each of which will see four separate performances in four locations, with party-goers led from venue to venue by “Elvis” (local rock fan Buli Panes) and various street musicians.
Tomorrow will see Cantera Rock kick off proceedings at the Islote de Fermina at 6 pm, before Akelarre perform at the Charco at 7.30 pm. Then it’s on to thew Lanzarote Marina at 9pm for Calva Louise and Desakato will finish the event at 10.30 at the Cruise Port.
Similar routes will take place over the following three Fridays: same route, same timetable, but with different bands. Details can be found at www.arrecifeenvivo.com.
Admittance to all four evenings is free, but a special party will be held at the cruise port on Saturday 23rd featuring El Drogas, Def Con Dos, Hamlet, Serial Killerz, Lady Banana and local band Sickmen. Tickets for this event are priced at €30.
