Yesterday, the emergency services were alerted to a fallen fibre optic cable in Arrecife.
At approximately 2pm yesterday afternoon, firefighters were called to Calle Tres de Mayo to attend a fibre optic cable that had fallen from its pole.
There was no loss of internet or power – the firefighters safely reattached the cable which was lying on the road.
