Two palm trees burned in Arrecife

Fire fighters were called to extinguish two palm trees that had caught fire in Arrecife last night.

The emergency services were alerted to a fire in Argana yesterday at 7pm. Upon arrival the fire fighters found two palm trees on fire and a pile of dry leaves.

The fire was safely extinguished by the fire fighters; however, it is unclear whether the fire was set intentionally or accidentally.
