Travesía Playas de Papagayo race times

The Travesía Playas de Papagayo swim race returns this Saturday, October 18^th. Here are the times for the various race distances.

Distance: 7 km

08:00 – Participant verification at the Marina Rubicón Port Authority.

08:20 – Transfer of participants to the starting point.

09:00 – 5-minute warm-up.

09:05 – Start of the Papagayo Beaches Crossing (7k).

11:50 – Closing time for distance control at the finish line.

Distance: 4 km

09:00 – Participant verification at the Marina Rubicón Port Authority.

09:30 – Transfer of participants to the starting point.

10:00 – Warm-up.

10:10 – Start of the Papagayo Beaches Crossing (4k).

11:50 – Closing time for distance control at the finish line.

Distance: 1,200 m at Playa Dorada

10:20 a.m. – 10-minute warm-up. Playa Dorada – Finish line.

10:30 a.m. – Start of the Dreams Lanzarote Crossing (1,200 m).

11:30 – Closing time for distance finish line control.

Pre-Benjamín/Diversity distance 50-150 m/800 m/400 m at Playa Dorada

12:00 – Start of the 50-150 m children’s and inclusive swim.

12:30 p.m. – Start of 400/800m swim. Simultaneous start, 400m will do one lap and 800m will do two laps of the circuit.

1:00 p.m. – Start of 3x200m relay.

Awards ceremony:

The awards ceremony is scheduled to take place between 2:00 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. on the terrace of the Dreams Lanzarote Playa Dorada hotel. Access is via the promenade, and it is located just a few meters from the finish line.
