Teguise Ayuntamiento has asked for residents to collaborate “to keep the gardens of Costa Teguise clean and cared for.”.

According to Teguise councillor, Nieves Martínez, “after the council began with the maintenance and cleaning of the gardens, pruning debris from private homes have been spotted”.

“We would like to remind that there is a free service for the collection of gardening waste and pruning that citizens can make use of simply by calling 928 84 59 99.”.

Teguise Mayor, Olivia Duque, added that “to keep the municipality clean, citizen collaboration and everyone’s commitment is necessary”. “There is no point in using public resources to clean and maintain the municipal gardens, if there are people who deposit rubbish in these places.”.
