Police Remove 82 Rental Scooters In Playa Blanca Crackdown

Yaiza Local Police have impounded 82 hire scooters from the streets of Playa Blanca.

Mayor Óscar Noda thanked agents yesterday, pointing out that the company responsible for the scooters had been penalised for not possessing the relevant commercial authorisation from the council.

Yaiza approved a local bye-law governing the use of scooters and other personal mobility vehicles in 2024.
