The second series of Netflix series Bienvenidos a Eden (Welcome to Eden), much of which was filmed on Lanzarote, will be launched on April 21st .
The series tells the story of a group of young people who accept an invitation to a paradise island, but once they arrive they discover that all is not what it seems. The cast include some of Spain’s most popular young actors, including local girl Dariam Coco-Bassey, who won the Miss Lanzarote title in 2012.
Trailers for the new episodes show that filming took place at Caletón Blanco and the “hidden” beach at Órzola, as well as the Rofera de Teseguite and Papagayo.
