Increased demand for public transport has meant that Arrecife Bus, Lanzarote’s main bus company, is seeking drivers.
Recent discounts on bus fares, and the announcement that all buses will be free for regular users next year, are one of the factors that has led to increased demand for the service, and extra drivers are required as a result.
Mercedes Botella, of Arrecife Bus, admitted “We’re having a few problems finding people, but we start interviewing this week.” Anyone interested is invited to contact clientes@arrecifebus.com.
