Looking for something different to do with friends in Puerto del Carmen? Crazy Minigolf Lanzarote turns 18 holes into a colourful, competitive challenge, with a trophy waiting for the eventual winner.
A holiday with friends in Lanzarote is rarely short of things to do, but some of the best memories come from the simplest challenges. Put four friends around an 18-hole minigolf course, keep score and see what happens.
Located on Avenida de las Playas in Puerto del Carmen, Crazy Minigolf Lanzarote is the island’s only exclusive 18-hole indoor crazy minigolf experience. With more holes comes more opportunity for competition, and more chances for the leaderboard to change.
The course features ramps, loops, twists, turns and unexpected obstacles, with every hole bringing a different challenge. Some sections are brightly lit, while others use UV blacklights to create a colourful glow-in-the-dark experience.
It is a format that works particularly well for groups of friends because nobody needs previous golfing experience. The aim is simply to navigate each hole in as few shots as possible, while enjoying the inevitable laughs when a carefully planned shot takes an unexpected direction.
The indoor setting is another advantage, particularly during an autumn holiday in Lanzarote. There is no need to abandon plans because of rain or wind, while the open windows provide views of the palm trees, blue skies and ocean beyond the course.
And this is one competition where the winner gets official recognition. The champion is crowned at the end and gets the chance to pose for a trophy photograph, potentially giving everyone else plenty of material for future teasing.
With adult tickets priced at €9.50 and children’s tickets at €7.50, Crazy Minigolf Lanzarote offers groups a straightforward way to turn an afternoon or evening in Puerto del Carmen into an 18-hole contest.
There is only one question left: who is going to handle the pressure when the final hole arrives?
